Inland Marine Insurance

Overview

Inland marine insurance covers a wide variety of specialized properties. While Commercial Property Insurance will cover most of your tools and equipment while it is in your building or office, once it leaves your property it will need to be insured on an Inland Marine Policy. This can be larger pieces of equipment such as Bobcats or Skid-Steers, or just miscellaneous tools in your vehicle. Other risks covered via Inland Marine include builders risk, installation floater, cargo coverage, and transportation coverage.
