David A. Bradley | Principal

David is a 1976 University of Illinois graduate. David has been in the insurance business since 1976 and is a qualifying member of the "Million Dollar Round Table." He is passionate about his Family, Bradley Insurance Group, Golf and Hunting.

Tiffany Butler | Personal Lines and HR Director

Starting out as a receptionist as part of her high school DECA program, Tiffany has been in the insurance business since 1988. After graduation, she stayed true to the industry by obtaining her licenses and moving on to selling and customer service. She has been with Bradley Insurance Group for 20+ years and currently is the personal lines account manager, assists with life insurance customer service and is the agency manager as well. Tiffany enjoys traveling, golf and country music.

Michael Bradley | Commercial Lines Producer

Michael Bradley has a strong background in commercial sales, specializing in working with contractors for the last 10 years. Originally form central Illinois, he is very excited to be in the Rocky Mountains and to be part of Bradley Insurance Group. Micheal is an avid golfer and passionate about his work. If he's not in the office, it's highly likely you will find him on the golf course. "Work hard when you're working and play just as hard when you're playing" is a motto Michael lives by!

Lori Boyer | Commercial Lines Account Manager

Lori Boyer has been in the insurance business since 1985. She has held different positions within the industry such as underwriter, agency manager, producer, and account manager. She has been with Bradley Insurance Group since 2006 in the role of commercial account manager servicing and selling insurance for business customers. Lori enjoys working in the garden, the CO outdoors and shopping. Lori also spends time volunteering at a potbelly pig rescue.

Kelsey Bradley | Commercial Lines Producer

Kelsey Bradley is a Colorado native and graduate of Holy Family High School. She attended St Leo University in Florida and was granted a scholarship to run for the cross-country team. She received Academic All-American and graduated in 2012 with her bachelor’s in international business with a focus on marketing. After graduation, she joined the marketing department at Revlon Professional Brands from 2013 – 2019. She now works with her family here at Bradley Insurance Group. She enjoys golf with her family and visiting new places when she can!

Lonnie Garcia | Risk Manager and Safety Consultant

Lonnie joined our agency as a Safety coordinator and Risk Management specialist after 31 years with Pinnacol Assurance. His credentials and experience in property and casualty insurance include safety training, return-to-work program, claims management and loss reduction. He is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. Lonnie has two grown children and four grandchildren. He enjoys many outdoor sports actives such as gold, skiing , hiking and bike riding. Most of his spare time is spent coaching or watching his grandchildren participate in youth sports.

Cindy Lucero | CSR- Worker’s Comp

CIndi Lucero has been in the Workers' Compensation insurance business for over 34 years. She previously worked as an underwriter at Pinnacol Assurance and now is the Workers' Comp CSR at Bradley Insurance Group. Her designations include Associates in Underwriting and Associates in Insurance Services. Cindy enjoys gardening in the Spring and Summer. She works with the Japanese Chin Rescue Group as a volunteer and with fosters older dogs that are hard to place. Cindi loves to travel and spend time with her family.

Shirley Rinell | Accounting

I have been in the insurance industry since 1985. I worked for Iowa Bankers Insurance Group as the Commercial lines supervisor. That is where I was first used the Applied Systems software program. In 1995 I started as a trainer for Applied Systems training other agencies throughout the US in all areas of the program. In 1998 I took a position in a Denver agency as the Office Manager/Accounting Manager. I am now semi-retired and do the accounting for Bradley Insurance Group. In my spare time I enjoy reading and sewing.

Karen LaVine | Commercial Lines Account Manager

Karen LaVine is originally from the East Coast but calls Colorado her home for the past 23 years. She joined Bradley Insurance Group in January 2019, applying her 20 year's experience in the Commercial Insurance Industry ranging from Underwriter to Account Manager. Karen enjoys cooking, entertaining, and playing golf.

Julie O’Connor | Commercial Lines Producer

Julie O'Conner has over 25 years of marketing experience focused on business growth. With her first-hand knowledge of business operations, she has focused her extensive experience in commercial insurance sales and service. When Julie isn't finding insurance solutions for her clients, she is traveling with her family, hiking with her dog or shopping until she drops.

Josh Mason | Commercial Lines Producer

Josh Mason, a veteran of the US Navy serving in Desert Storm later earned his master's degree in business management. He established himself in the business community in adult education, sales management and financial and insurance services. He is now putting that extensive background to work with our commercial lines clients, Josh and his wife stay healthy keeping up with their two children while enjoying live music and reading.

Arrupe JesuIt High School Corporate Work Study Program

Nydia | Arrupe Jesuit High School Student

Nydia is currently a sophomore at the Arrupe Jesuit High School and plans to graduate in the year 2022. Now into her second year with the Corporate Work-Study Program (CWSP), Nydia has already developed invaluable work skills that will benefit her later in life. In a past position, she learned to be respectful and to take pride in her work. This year's goals will be focused on customer service and to build confidence and self-esteem. She is enrolled in a pre-collegiate program at CU Denver and plans to attend college once she graduates. In her free time, Nydia likes to play volleyball, is physically active and enjoys spending time with family & friends.

Roberto | Arrupe Jesuit High School Student

Roberto is a Sophomore this year and will graduate with the class of 2022. He worked his Freshman year in IT, where he learned how to interact with people and to fix computers. Not only did this position teach him patience, it also gave him a better understanding of where future technology is headed. Roberto gets along with everyone and earnestly enjoyed working in the tech environment. Today he works at Bradley's office learning the ins and outs of the insurance biz. He is thrilled to be a part of the CWSP and hopes to keep exploring his career choices. Roberto is very active, funny and personable plus has the keen ability to carry these traits over into the workplace.

Trinity | Arrupe Jesuit High School Student

Trinity is a senior at Arrupe Jesuit High School and will be graduating in 2020. Over the past few years, her experiences at Arrupe Jesuit and in CWSP have helped sculpt her into an efficient, determined, hardworking, and focused young adult. Trinity does not shy away from new things and no task goes unfinished. She has set several life goals and will stop at nothing to achieve them. Trinity enjoys the challenge of helping out others and plans on majoring in Medical or Psychological fields. With a deep passion for basketball, her heart is set on playing college and/or in the WNBA. It's been a delight to have her around the office and we wish her all the luck in the world.

Ashley | Arrupe Jesuit High School Student

Ashley is a member of the Arrupe Jesuit Class of 2023 and has maintained a 4.0 GPA or higher throughout her entire school career. As the youngest of 6 siblings, Ashley learned from a young age how to deal with different types of personalities and when to make her voice heard. Previously while working at the Arrupe Corporate Work Study office, she learned such skills as filing, data entry, excel spreadsheets, copying, delivering, and making presentations. She is a quick learner and always completes her tasks in a timely manner. After high school, Ashley hopes to pursue movie production and study at Stanford, Harvard, or Yale University. Her hobbies include photography & videography plus enjoys softball, basketball, soccer, and baseball. Go Dodgers!
